Role Overview
Reporting to the Senior L&D Partner, the L&D Manager will collaborate closely with HR and business stakeholders to design, deliver, and manage high-impact learning programs. The role requires a strong balance of stakeholder consulting, facilitation expertise, and operational program management to support the organization’s growth agenda.
Contract Duration: 4 Months (Potential Extension)
Location: London, UK (Corporate Office)
Experience: 7+ years in a similar field

Key Responsibilities
* Partner with HR and business leaders to assess capability gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions
* Lead and deliver key learning initiatives across the UK, including sales capability programs, leadership development, and emerging areas such as AI-focused learning
* Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery of programs
* Facilitate both in-person and virtual learning sessions across the UK and EMEA regions
* Support delivery of strategic learning programs spanning leadership, sustainability, AI, and other core capability areas
* Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of learning programs across various formats, including instructor-led, virtual, and blended solutions
* Oversee end-to-end program management for key L&D initiatives within the UK
* Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality program delivery aligned with business objectives
* Provide guidance to onshore and offshore operations teams to ensure seamless execution
Key Qualifications
* Proven experience in Learning and Development with a focus on stakeholder consulting, facilitation, and program design
* Strong expertise in leadership and professional development training
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
* Experience working in a global, multicultural environment
* Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering impactful learning solutions
* Highly adaptable with the ability to tailor approaches to diverse audiences and business needs
Technical Expertise
* Advanced proficiency in virtual learning platforms and collaboration tools
* Experience working with Learning Management Systems and content authoring tools
* Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
Education
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Learning and Development, or a related discipline preferred
