Your Role
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping clients get the most value from the company’s platform while building long-term partnerships.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of client accounts
* Acting as a key point of contact for customers and supporting their success
* Identifying opportunities to introduce additional products or services
* Supporting new customers through onboarding and early adoption
* Tracking account performance and upcoming renewal opportunities
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience
Over time, you’ll take greater ownership of accounts as your confidence and experience grow.
Training & Development
You’ll complete the Furza Sales Academy, giving you the skills and commercial knowledge needed to succeed in a modern SaaS environment.
