Job Opportunity: Member Growth & Sales Manager
National Role | Field-Based / Head Office (4 days) with remote working 1 day.
We are looking for a Member Growth & Sales Manager to join our Sales team, covering an allocated region with national travel in the South of the UK.
The APC is a leading UK parcel delivery network, built on strong local depots and exceptional customer service. This is a highly visible, field-based role focused on driving regional sales growth, supporting Network Member depots, and developing new SME business across the network.
In addition to your core region, there will be an expectation that you can travel nationally to provide cover and support where required.
The Role
As a Member Growth & Sales Manager, you will act as a commercial partner to our Network Member depots. You'll work closely with depot sales and operational teams to identify growth opportunities, support new business development, and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same – from proactive new business prospecting, to supporting sales recruitment and training within the network, you'll play a key role in driving revenue and sustainable growth.
If you're a commercially driven relationship-builder with a passion for supporting local businesses and helping others succeed, this is a great opportunity to join APC at an exciting time of growth.
What You'll Be Doing
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with Network Member depot teams across your region
* Identifying, pursuing and converting new SME sales opportunities
* Winning new business by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored APC solutions
* Providing hands-on commercial support to improve depot sales performance
* Working collaboratively with depot teams to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction
* Sharing best practice and insight across the network
* Monitoring local market trends and competitor activity
* Reporting regularly to the Sales and Network Director on performance, pipeline and market feedback
* Supporting regional marketing and promotional activity
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, health & safety and contractual standards
Who We're Looking For
* A confident, credible communicator who enjoys building long-term partnerships
* Experience in field sales, account management, logistics, parcels or service-led industries
* Commercially minded, self-motivated and target-driven
* Highly organised with the ability to manage a regional territory independently
* Comfortable analysing data and presenting compelling commercial solutions
A full UK driving licence is essential, along with the flexibility to travel nationally.
How to Apply
If you're excited by the opportunity to support Network Members, drive regional growth and make a real commercial impact, we'd love to hear from you.
