High Value Residential Property Lawyer. Temporary Assignment.
Our client, a London-based law firm, is looking to secure the assistance of a high value residential property lawyer for a short term assignment. The role is to start ASAP and could run for circa a month, potentially longer.
Successful candidates must be available immediately, be accustomed to handling high-value residential property transactions, and have gained their experience in City or notable regional law firms.
Qualification in England & Wales is essential. Candidates should possess upwards of 4 years' PQE, and be capable of handling transactions autonomously with minimal supervision.
The firm operates a hybrid working arrangement, with 1-2 days a week required in the London office, although there may be some flexibility on this.
