Are you a dynamic, adaptable, and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant seeking flexibility and variety in your role? We are a leading education agency dedicated to providing exceptional support to primary schools across Leeds. We are currently seeking enthusiastic Supply HLTA's to join our team on a flexible basis.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality support to teachers and pupils within primary school settings.
2. Lead small group activities, including literacy, numeracy, and intervention sessions.
3. Assist in planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons under the guidance of teaching staff.
4. Offer support and guidance to pupils, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
5. Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress.
6. Uphold the ethos and values of the school whilst representing our agency professionally.
Requirements:
7. Minimum of HLTA qualification or equivalent.
8. Previous experience working as an HLTA within primary schools.
9. Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments.
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Flexibility and willingness to travel to various school locations.
12. Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
