1. Working on a fast paced, critical infrastructure site in Hereford.
2. You will be responsible for delivering capex projects consisting of Mechanical & Electrical upgrades, asset replacements, building fabrics & capital works.
3. Leading delivery on site you will act as principle contractor responsible for all sub-contractors attending site to deliver specialist works.
4. Lead a small projects & lifecycle team.
5. Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion with high-quality standards
6. Plan, procure, and coordinate all project, planned, and reactive maintenance activities to minimize disruption.
7. Projects will consist of lifecycle and variations works, mechanical & electrical upgrades as well as capital works.
8. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, site-specific rules, and safety procedures.
