We are searching for a talented individual to join our highly regarded team as Night Porter at our beautiful property in the centre of Cheltenham.
Our ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional service and a warm welcome to our guests. With the ability to multi-task, you will be dedicated, organised and efficient with a positive outlook and a sense of fun and professionalism in equal measure. Attention to detail will be crucial to maintain consistency of service and to ensure guests always leave delighted by their visit.
You must pride yourself on providing exceptional levels of service; ensuring that the quality of our guest experience is a consistently high standard day and night. This is a responsible role for a proactive and reliable individual who is able to work independently; taking reservations, managing reception, being attentive to guest needs and taking responsibility for the security and smooth running of the hotel throughout the night.
With the ability to multi-task, you will be dedicated, organised and efficient with an excellent attention to detail, good administration skills and a strong sense of ownership. Being approachable and polite is a must for this guest facing role.
The wiliness to work alone and trustworthiness are essential attributes for this role and previous experience working in a responsible night porter role in the industry is a must.
