1. Respond to customer enquiries, process orders, and pack shipments within set deadlines.
2. Listen attentively to customers and direct them to the appropriate department for assistance.
3. Familiarise yourself with the system to log and address customer complaints efficiently.
4. Record and update customer interactions, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
5. Collaborate with management to enhance communication practices and customer service.
6. Manage stock and perform regular inventory counts as scheduled.
7. Receive and reconcile supplier orders, report discrepancies to the line manager within 24 hours.
8. Stay informed about company policies to address issues like returns, faulty merchandise, and delivery delays.
9. Answer customer questions regarding new products, services, and promotions.
