We are looking for Vehicle Inspectors to join a busy automotive operation in Sheerness. This is a varied role combining vehicle inspections with driving duties, offering a great opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided.
The Role:
As a Vehicle Inspector, your responsibilities will include:
1. Carrying out vehicle inspections to identify any damage or issues
2. Recording and reporting any findings accurately
3. Supporting with the movement of vehicles, including driving to dealerships and MOT centres
4. Assisting in other areas of the operation during quieter periods, such as parts or yard duties
5. Maintaining high standards of quality and customer service at all times
The Person:
6. Previous vehicle inspection experience is desirable but not essential
7. Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points for minor offences)
8. Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
9. Reliable, with a positive attitude to work
10. Comfortable working in a varied role and supporting different departments when required
11. Able to work independently as well as part of a team
