An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Bridgend & Swansea Agency for a Sales Executive covering M4 Corridor from Cardiff to Swansea.
About the role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating Corporate Commercial new business in the region.
Job Specification
The successful applicant will be expected to undertake a wide variety of tasks including the following:
* Plan, prospect, select and sell Commercial and general all NFU Mutual insurance products.
* Develop and manage your own pipeline of business that is sufficient to achieve targets.
* Ability to prospect, self-generate, plan and manage your own Mid Corporate Commercial opportunities, supported by a Lead Coordinator.
* Identify, cross sell leads for Financial Services and Risk Management Services.
* Developing and running marketing campaigns to increase commercial leads.
* Carrying out external sales calls in compliant and professional manner.
* Maintain own technical knowledge and skills.
* Develop productive business relationships with key stakeholders.
About you:
* Confident and dynamic personality.
* Strong relationship building and prospecting skills.
* Competent in using Microsoft office and sales support systems such as MS Dynamics.
* Current driving license.
* Experienced networker.
Qualifications/Other
* Minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C (or equivalent)
* Must be CII Qualified or prepared to work towards CII Qualification .
