As a Carpenter, you'll be part of the Responsive Repairs Team, carrying out a wide range of carpentry tasks across residential properties. You may also support other teams depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1st and 2nd fix carpentry
Installation of windows, doors, and door frames (internal and external)
UPVC servicing and installation
Locksmithing - including lock snapping, drilling, and picking
Fencing - including posts, feather edge, chain link, and panels
Kitchen fitting and minor joinery
Basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating, and general maintenanceWhat You'll Need:
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the residential/housing sector
NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or at least 5 years of relevant experience
Strong awareness of health and safety practices
A collaborative, team-oriented approach
