Responsibilities
* Report, participate in and develop molecular testing in various specialties with a dedicated molecular team.
* Participate in clinical and service activities to ensure high standard of patient care across the Trust.
* Contribute to clinical governance and attend clinical governance meetings.
* Participate in departmental audits and implement change.
* Take an active responsibility for undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, training and supervision.
* Assume responsibility for management of junior medical staff, supporting professional development.
Qualifications
* Registered specialist in Cellular Pathology or within six months of CCT.
* Experience in cellular pathology and molecular testing.
