Our client, based at Unit 5 Beech Court, Fenstanton, is excited to expand their team with the addition of a Head Pastry Chef. This is a full-time position that offers a fantastic opportunity for anyone passionate about patisserie.

The Role
* Prepare a variety of baked goods, including pastries, Petit Gateaux, chocolates and cakes
* Follow recipes and maintain high standards of quality and presentation
* Assist in managing inventory and ensuring a clean, organised workspace
* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain efficient workflows
* Contribute creative ideas for new products and seasonal offerings
What We're Looking For
* The relevant candidate should have experience as a pastry chef or a Head Pastry Chef
* Be familiar with making pastries and petit gateaux, competent with chocolate work and be able to manage a team
* Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude
* Attention to detail and a passion for the craft
* Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and design pastry menus
* Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality of all pastries by maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen
* Efficiently manage ingredient inventory, place orders, and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or wastage
