We are proudly part of Japan Post —The Transport Planner is responsible for coordinating and planning transport movements under the DWDSS contract to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of goods in line with Commonwealth requirements. This role works closely with warehouse, customer service, and operational teams to consolidate consignments, manage transport bookings, and optimise route and carrier utilisation.The Transport Planner supports the achievement of service performance and contractual targets by maintaining visibility over order flow, identifying risks or delays, and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery plans are met.The Transport Planner plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administrative and customer service operations under the DWDSS contract.
