The Opportunity Working closely with the CFO, CEO, and a small but highly capable finance team, you’ll be responsible for delivering accurate financial information, supporting key budgeting and forecasting activities, and maintaining strong control processes across multiple entities and investment funds. This is a broad, hands-on role that offers real variety and the chance to make a difference within a mission-driven organisation. Main Responsibilities * Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts with full reconciliations * Support the preparation of year-end financial statements and liaise with external auditors * Play a key role in budget setting and forecasting, providing insight and commentary on variances * Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts to support financial planning * Manage payment runs, direct debit collections, and reconciliations across group companies * Deliver funder and stakeholder reporting in line with grant or investment requirements * Assist with VAT submissions and corporation tax compliance About You You’ll be an experienced finance professional who enjoys a mix of analytical and hands-on work. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, a collaborative approach, and a genuine interest in supporting the aims of a not-for-profit organisation.
