Head of Sales & Account Management- MSP, IT Services or Technology Sales £75k-£85k

Location: Chorley (Hybrid with flexibility – up to 5 days/week in office if needed)
Salary: £75-£85k + MANY Benefits including 28 days annual leave plus 8 days bank

About You

A proven B2B sales leader with strong experience in MSP, IT services or technology sales
Comfortable both closing your own deals and developing others to do the same
Experienced in building and leading high-performing teams across sales and account management
Commercially sharp, target-driven, and passionate about delivering value to clients
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment

What You’ll Be Doing

Own the full commercial lifecycle – from new business to client retention and account growth
Personally lead and close high-impact opportunities while building the team around you
Design and implement scalable sales and account management processes
Recruit, develop and coach business development managers and account managers
Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations and delivery to drive collaboration and performance
