Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation Support Engineer – Oracle
We’re looking for a customer‑centric Implementation Support Engineer to deliver post‑sales technical and functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP to UK Government clients. The role requires strong problem‑solving skills, a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E‑Business Suite, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Role Overview
As a Fusion Cloud ERP Implementation Support Engineer, you will:
* Resolve complex post‑sales technical and functional issues directly with customers.
* Serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating relationships with Support, Product Management, XLOB, and Oracle internal teams.
* Offer strategic support, leveraging automated tools and instrumentation to diagnose, document and resolve customer problems.
* Assist customers with day‑to‑day queries, create extensions and enrichments, support cloud migration, manage release activities for quarterly releases, and help teams meet key business KPIs.
Background & Qualifications
* 3+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or 5+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS ERP.
* Eligibility for UK Government Security Clearance; British Nationality required.
* Minimum 5 years UK residency to meet UK Security Vetting (SC) requirements.
* Full understanding of UK ERP legislation.
* Experience applying and testing Oracle Updates.
* Strong experience in proving support, configuration and extension services activities.
* Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
* Ability to work with multiple teams and independently as required.
* Hands‑on experience supporting, integrating and extending Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
* Expertise in configuring, optimizing applications and performance tuning techniques.
Additional Information
We also work with Fusion SaaS components such as OIC, EPM, SCM, PPM, HCM, and Payroll.
