Your new role This role involves core weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 6am to 6pm. If you are looking for full‑time hours, there is the option to extend your schedule with additional day‑shift hours on Friday and Monday (6am - 2:30pm). You will play an important part in the production process, operating machinery, ensuring consistent product quality, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and supporting your team to deliver efficient output. You will receive full training and ongoing support from experienced colleagues, reflecting the company's strong commitment to developing its people. What you'll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you will bring experience from a manufacturing environment, ideally within food production, along with a genuine passion for developing people.
