Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our fast-paced civils team. You’ll coordinate field teams, organise permits, and manage schedules to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across North West sites. A great opportunity for those with strong admin skills or those looking to break into scheduling or utilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule field engineers to attend sites and resolve reported issues
* Organise permits, dates, and job bookings using internal systems
* Liaise with managers and engineers to keep workflows on track
* Ensure service level targets are met through efficient planning
* Manage shared inboxes and respond to engineer updates within deadlines
* Use systems like OCU One, Citrix, and ETA
Ideal Candidate
* Strong admin background (civils, commercial, construction, or general)
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Confident using Excel and IT systems (basic level OK)
* Knowledge of North West geography (Lancaster/Wrexham ideal)
* Excellent communicator with a team-first attitude
* Able to work under pressure and handle changing priorities
