In this role, you will oversee both internal and external communications, ensuring consistent, clear, and engaging messaging across various channels. From media relations and emergency communications to content creation and internal bulletins, you will help amplify the voice of our charity and support our mission to improve mental health and wellbeing across Norfolk and Waveney. Key Responsibilities: Field media inquiries, issue press releases, and coordinate media tours. Develop and implement communication plans for new services and initiatives. Create engaging content for internal bulletins, newsletters, and the website. Support fundraising and marketing efforts with compelling copy. Provide in-house proofreading and refinement of materials. What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in media relations and communication strategies. Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging content. A proactive approach to staying current on industry trends and news. Ability to collaborate with teams to support our mission and vision.
