Activities Coordinator – Care Home
Location: HA6
Hours: 25 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 2:00pm
Pay: £12.25 per hour (all breaks paid)
We are currently seeking a cheerful, enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our friendly care home team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with residents and making a positive difference to their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging activities for residents
*
Take residents out on trips and community outings
*
Ensure all activities are accurately documented
*
Book external entertainment and activity providers when required
*
Consult with residents’ families regarding activities and preferences
*
Promote social interaction, wellbeing, and inclusion
Essential Requirements:
*
Previous experience running activities in a care home or hospital setting
*
Friendly, positive, and approachable personality
*
Confident communicating with residents, families, and staff
*
Organised with good record-keeping skills
*
Passionate about improving quality of life for residents
