The Role
You will provide essential administrative support to fee earners, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team. This is a varied role offering exposure to a wide range of tasks within a fast-paced Employment practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to lawyers and the wider team
* Managing documents, filing, and correspondence
* Assisting with file opening, compliance checks, and matter administration
* Coordinating meetings, diaries, and internal communications
* Supporting billing and general financial administration
* Maintaining accurate records and databases
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow
About You
* Previous administrative experience, ideally within a legal or professional services environment
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
* A positive, team-oriented approach
