Robert Half are excited to be working with an industry leading organisation to recruit an accounts assistant based Mountain Ash.They are offering a base salary up to £25,000 + Hybrid working (1 day from home), subsidised canteen & onsite parking & Study Support.Duties to assist the Finance Manager in all aspects of the Finance Office function.Key Responsibilities:Working with the Finance Manager on various projects.Producing data to evidence KPIs.Completing bank reconciliations.Assisting with the preparation of month-end accounts, including accruals and balance sheet reconciliationsDeveloping an understanding of all aspects of the Finance function.Helping with the annual external audit.Knowledge & Skills:Ability to work on own initiative, to constantly hit targets and strict deadlines.Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and experience of one of the major ERP systems eg Sage, SAP, D365, Dynamics AX, Odoo, is desirable.Have the initiative to resolve complex problems and instigate processes to avoid such instances occurring in future.Ability to communicate and liaise at all levels both within the Company and with external stakeholders.Excellent analytical, numerical, communication and organisational skills.Flexible and adaptable.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
