Are you a highly organised and professional individual with a passion for providing a welcoming first point of contact? Sunny are looking for a friendly and professional fluent Welsh Receptionist to be the welcoming voice and face for our client in Carmarthen.
Responsibilities
* Operate the main telephone switchboard, answering and transferring calls.
* Manage general inquiries from visitors, the public, and contractors.
* Receive and distribute all incoming deliveries and messages.
* Handle all outgoing mail, including general mail via the Royal Mail Online Business Account (OBA).
* Arrange for larger parcels and pallets to be sent through TNT or other courier services.
* Sort and distribute internal mail to different departments.
* Perform typing and word processing tasks as needed.
* Manage filing, including the upkeep and archiving of physical documents.
* Maintain and update records in the electronic document archiving system.
* Use all office machinery and equipment.
* Training of new staff in the use of the Reception switchboard and other reception duties (as required) for cover/resilience purposes.
* Carry out other general office duties as assigned.
About you
* Fluency in Welsh is essential.
* Demonstrated excellent attention to detail.
* Previous experience in an receptionist or administrative role.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive and committed approach to service delivery.
* Proficient in MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
* Proven ability to work effectively to deadlines and strong organisational skills
