Salary: £30- 32k per annum (dependent upon experience)

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Property Manager, you’ll be a key point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth day-to-day management of a varied property portfolio. Reporting to our supportive Branch Manager, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties with professionalism and care.
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve issues promptly.
Coordinating repairs and maintenance
Carrying out property inspections and producing clear reports.
Ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance across your portfolio.
Supporting the Lettings department with viewings and negotiating new rents
Delivering outstanding customer service that reflects our reputation for excellence
About You
You’ll be the perfect fit for this role if you:
* Have a proven track record in residential lettings or property management
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* A confident communicator who can build rapport with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* A pro-active, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
* Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Desirable Qualities
* Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
* A genuine passion for property and customer service
* A positive, can-do attitude with energy and enthusiasm
* Tech savvy; with experience using lettings CRM systems and digital tools to enhance performance
* ARLA- qualified (or working towards it) is a plus but not essential
