Job Description
3. A good understanding and background in practising commercial property law
4. Support telecoms lease transactions governed by the Electronic Communications Code (2017) and LTA 1954.
5. Assist in weekly legal sessions, managing escalations and monitoring case progress.
6. Advise on statutory processes, including notices, pre‑claim actions, and issuing proceedings.
7. Update internal systems, track milestones, and keep stakeholders informed.
8. Build strong day‑to‑day relationships with outsourced legal suppliers to ensure quality and cost‑effective delivery.
9. Contribute to broader Legal & Compliance activities, including supplier meetings, minute‑taking, and internal legal training.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Property Counsel should have:
10. UK qualified with a minimum of 2+ years PQE
11. A background in practicing Commercial Property Law
12. Experience with litigious matters under the Electronic Communications Code and LTA 1954
13. A robust understanding of Landlord/Tenant law.
14. Be a collaborative team player with excellent organizational skills.
15. Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
