Your new role
As an Architect within this progressive practice, you will be responsible for managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring design integrity, technical accuracy, and client satisfaction throughout all stages. Your responsibilities will include leading project teams and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders. You'll oversee design development, technical detailing, and construction documentation and ensurepliance with planning, building regulations, and contractual obligations. Due to the particular involvement this studio have in terms of workload, you will at times be expected to navigate the post-Grenfell regulation and fire-safety framework, so familiarity with the 'Golden thread' workflow process and process would be highly 'll be highly involved in mentoring junior staff and contributing to practice-wide design reviews, and managing project programmes, budgets, and clientmunications.
You will be working onplexmercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, with the opportunity to shape the architectural vision of projects often valued in excess of £20m.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must have a recognised Architectural qualification (and associated ARB / RIAI registration), 5+ years post Part III experience within a creative studio, and extensive experience of working on large scale construction projects - ideally in a Senior or lead position. You'll have advanced proficiency in Revit, with a strong technical knowledge of construction and building methodologies.manding excellent leadership,munication, presentation and client-facing skills, you'll befortable operating at a senior level on time-sensitive, fast-moving projects and the related client, colleague and 3rd party networking this necessitates. Experience of working on high-valuemercial or mid-to-high rise residential schemes is highly desirable, and this practice are looking for someone who thrive in a collaborative environment, and who shares their passion for quality, forward-thinking Architecture.
