Our client is a leading online retailer who is currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their team in Crowborough.
The job implies support and assistance within the sales office (order processing, outgoing and incoming phone calls, responding to enquiries). You will report directly to the Head of Customer Service and you will work extremely close with the external sales team and the Dispatch/Warehouse & Purchasing Department.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills, feels confident with daily office tasks and basic sales processes; and thrives in working as a team. You will possess a great telephone manner, always pay attention to details, be reliable, dedicated, ideally a good decision maker and a problem solver. The willingness to learn is highly appreciated.
The position is an office based job, Monday - Friday from 08:30 - 17:00.

1. Answering incoming calls to your direct dial and switchboard when required.
2. Dealing with customer enquiries in the sales in-box.
3. Processing customers purchase orders and responding to them accordingly.
