With a presence across multiple countries, their expertise spans the entire packaging lifecycle, with innovative packaging solutions that prioritize efficiency, durability, and environmental responsibility.
You will be responsible for:
* Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and market expansion
* Mentoring, and develop a high-performing internal and external sales team
* Driving a culture of customer focus and commercial excellence, ensuring exceptional service levels
* Monitoring market trends in FMCG, Food, Drink, E-Commerce, analysing competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new opportunities for growth
* Managing pricing strategies and negotiations to ensure profitable business growth
Key attributes required:
* Proven track record of sales management experience within the packaging sector; corrugated desirable
* Positive sales attitude and great industry and market knowledge
* Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of B2B sales, account management, and commercial strategy
* We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving and negotiation - this role would be perfect to either an experienced Sales Director with a strong track record or a high‑performing Sales Manager ready to take the next step into a strategic leadership position
