A growing distribution business is looking for a motivated and organised Graduate Customer Service Trainee to join their successful team in Castle Donington. You’ll be ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of service and fostering strong relationships with customers, internal teams and stakeholders.
The business you’ll be joining is a leading appliance distributor and installation specialist, primarily serving the new build housing market. They are also part of an impressive nationwide group who already employ over 1,700 people across the UK and have an annual turnover exceeding £1 billion.
The Opportunity
Due to the progression of previous graduate trainees, the business is now looking for new talent. As a Graduate Customer Service Trainee, you will be involved in:
* Call Handling: Professionally answer and screen incoming calls, ensuring effective communication.
* Order Processing: Accurately process call-offs and orders, verifying details against quotes.
* Communication and Coordination: Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
* Scheduling and Monitoring: Book product installations and monitor stock levels to meet operational demands.
* Customer Relations: Deliver excellent service and build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
* Administrative Support: Maintain customer files and manage associated documentation efficiently.
