FLT Counterbalance Driver: In this role, youll operate a Forklift Truck (Counterbalance) to move products and materials throughout the production facility and yard. Safety is paramount, so youll need to ensure safety measures are in place while handling heavy materials. You'll also collaborate with production teams to maintain workflow and achieve daily targets. Skills & experience - FLT Counterbalance Driver: Have over three months of experience operating a counterbalance truck. Hold a current counterbalance forklift truck certification. Possess proven experience in loading and unloading vehicles. Have a strong understanding of paperwork, particularly in reading and numeracy. Be available to work rotating day shifts. Be open to an initial 12-week temp-to-perm arrangement. Benefits - FLT Counterbalance Driver: The role offers a Monday to Friday rotating shift pattern, with hours ranging from early morning to late evening: 6am / 2.30pm
