Customer Service Administrator
We are supporting a well‑established business in Aldershot in their search for a proactive and organised Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer enquiries & orders via phone & email
* Update customers on the status of their orders & notify them of any changes to delivery schedules
* Monitor & log customer complaints, ensuring timely follow‑up
* Accurately raise & process orders within the CRM system
* Support the wider team with general administrative tasks
* Work collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth customer journeys
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
* Confident and comfortable communicating over the phone
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and manage a varied workload
* A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
What’s on Offer:
