**Key responsibilities:**Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence and business partners to supporting end-to-end employee experience discovery and redesign—including strategy blueprinting, capability mapping, root cause analysis, and removal of blockers, inefficiencies, and waste.Partner with HR teams to define and track metrics that measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and employee experience of HR services. Serve as the key enabler balancing global operating models and localized requirements within India and Northern Ireland. **Essential Skills:**A minimum of 3 year’s HR or business related experience working with Workday HCM solutions at scale. A minimum of 2 years owning or configuring Compensation, Time, or Absence modules (e.g., implementing new functionality, reducing manual effort, improving data quality, or increasing process adoption). A minimum 1 years’ experience coaching or mentoring team members globally Demonstrated ability to apply Agile best practices while clearly communicating complex concepts evidenced by leading Agile ceremonies, refining backlogs, producing clear user stories or decision documents, and effectively presenting product strategy to senior or non**Desirable Skills:**Experience partnering with HR teams across multiple geographies (preferably India and/or Northern Ireland), addressing localisation needs, process variations, and regulatory considerations.
