Description Service & Contract Sales Advisor £28,000 - £32,000 Bonus | Flexible Hours | Office-Based (Andover) Are you a personable, customer-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Do you thrive on building relationships, going the extra mile for clients, and turning conversations into results? If so, we want to hear from you! We’re a well-established, family-run SME based in Andover, specialising in the manufacture and installation of premium automated gates. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Service & Contract Sales Advisor to join our friendly and committed team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our service contract renewals and upsells — working closely with valued existing customers to ensure they receive ongoing care and maintenance beyond their warranty period. Your goal will be to nurture long-term client relationships, recommend tailored service plans, and ultimately enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively contact existing clients to offer tailored service contracts after their warranty period * Explain and promote the benefits of our Bronze, Silver, and Gold service plans * Upsell expiring or lower-tier plans by highlighting value and peace of mind * Build strong, trusted relationships that encourage repeat business * Maintain and update our customer database with accurate, current information * Carry out database cleansing to ensure all leads are credible and usable Requirements What We’re Looking For: * Excellent customer service skills – a natural communicator who’s warm, clear, and customer-focused * Personable and professional – able to build rapport and trust quickly * Experience in telephone-based sales, customer engagement, or service renewals * Driven, organised, and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills * Comfortable using Excel, Word, Outlook, and internal CRM systems * A proactive mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond for the customer * Must have your own transport – our office is in a beautiful rural setting not served by public transport Benefits Why Join Us? * Competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 performance-related bonus * Flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle * A supportive, close-knit team within a reputable and growing business * The chance to play a key role in delivering exceptional service to valued clients * Real opportunity to make an impact and grow with the company Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm (Flexible start/finish times available) Location: Office-based near Andover (own vehicle required due to rural location) If you're ready to bring your customer service expertise and sales flair to a company that values its people and its clients, apply today – we can’t wait to meet you
