The Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships and orchestrate the delivery of TCC’s connected growth system across a portfolio of clients.
You will act as:
* Strategic connector
* Delivery orchestrator
Ensuring that every element of a client’s marketing ecosystem works together seamlessly to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Leadership & Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships at senior level
* Act as the primary point of contact across all client engagements
* Lead weekly and monthly client meetings with clarity, confidence, and strategic direction
* Ensure seamless day-to-day running of all client activity
* Translate client objectives into clear, actionable marketing plans
Connected Growth Delivery
* Ensure all client activity is fully integrated across brand, performance, content, CRM, and digital channels
* Oversee the execution of end-to-end marketing systems—from strategy through to optimisation
* Connect the dots across all channels to maximise performance, visibility, and impact
* Ensure all outputs align with both brand positioning and commercial objectives
* Support the development and oversight of marketing strategies aligned to long-term business goals
* Ensure marketing plans are responsive to market trends, data insights, and commercial realities
* Contribute to business strategy development, including growth planning and marketing investment frameworks
* Support clients in structuring their internal marketing approach for maximum efficiency and alignment
Team Leadership & Delivery Management
* Manage internal team priorities, timelines, and deliverables across all client accounts
* Ensure work is clearly scoped, assigned, and delivered on time and to the highest standard
* Lead cross-functional teams across:
* Brand & strategy
* Performance marketing
* Content & creative
* Partnerships & influencers
* Provide clear direction and ensure alignment across all specialists
* Oversee all client reporting with a strong focus on insights, not just outputs
* Ensure clients have clear visibility on performance against KPIs and business goals
* Drive a culture of continuous optimisation through data analysis and iteration
* Translate data into actionable recommendations and strategic direction
Partnerships & External Collaboration
* Build and manage relationships with external partners and agencies (e.g. PR)
* Oversee partner selection, briefing, and performance
* Ensure all external activity aligns with overall strategy and delivers measurable value
Commercial & Operational Oversight
* Support the development and management of client marketing budgets
* Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI
* Maintain oversight of all client projects, ensuring delivery excellence
Agency Contribution
* Support leadership on client growth, retention, and new business opportunities
* Contribute to new business pitches and proposals
* Help shape internal processes, systems, and ways of working
* Play a key role in building a high-performing, connected team culture
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 6–8+ year’s experience in marketing
* Proven experience managing high-value client relationshipsStrong understanding of integrated marketing across the full ecosystem
* Experience across:
* Brand strategy
* Performance marketing
* Digital channels
* CRM and customer journey
* Content and creative
* Commercially minded with a strong understanding of growth and ROI
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Calm under pressure, proactive, and solutions-focused
* Strong leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional teams

* Skills & Experience
* Completed Bachelor’s Degree
* Evidence of good academic performance or other achievement
* Advanced IT Skills especially across Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Keyword, Photoshop, Canva, InDesign
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Detail-oriented and highly organised with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise
* Knowledge of and background in luxury lifestyle. At least 8 years marketing experience
* An understanding of the luxury goods and services industry
* Works hard, can provide effective team management, is calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment
