Cyber & Operational Resilience Programme Manager
A leading global financial institution is seeking an experienced Cyber & Operational Resilience Programme Manager to lead a large‑scale, multi‑year regulatory change portfolio. This role will oversee end‑to‑end delivery across technology and business functions, ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory expectations and driving measurable improvements in cyber security and operational resilience.
The position is accountable for programme governance, stakeholder management, and execution of complex initiatives spanning cyber resilience, operational resilience, and third‑party risk, with a focus on achieving demonstrable compliance and reducing enterprise risk exposure.
What They Are Looking For
* Proven Programme Leadership
o Extensive experience delivering large, global transformation programmes within complex financial services environments
o Strong track record of managing multi‑year, multi‑workstream regulatory change portfolios
* Regulatory Expertise
o Deep knowledge of cyber and operational resilience regulations, including PRA and FCA expectations, the UK Operational Resilience framework, and DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act)
o Outsourcing & third‑party risk requirements
* Strategic Execution
o Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable roadmaps and deliverables
o Experience embedding regulatory change into business and technology processes
* Governance & Stakeholder Management
o Strong programme governance capability across senior stakeholders, including risk, technology, and business leadership
o Expertise in driving alignment across global teams and functions
* Risk & Control Focus
o Demonstrable success in delivering tangible risk reduction and strengthening enterprise cyber posture
o Understanding of control frameworks, resilience testing, and regulatory evidence requirements
* Cyber & Technology Domain Knowledge
o Solid grounding in cyber security, IT risk, and resilience frameworks
o Ability to operate credibly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
