Role Description
This full-time role of a Multi-Skilled Tradesman is based on-site in Southampton. The Multi-Skilled Tradesman is responsible for performing a variety of trades tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general construction duties. Day-to-day tasks will involve maintenance, repairs, and installations as required. The role requires adherence to safety standards, efficient time management, and collaboration with the construction team to complete projects on time and to a high standard.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Carpentry and Joinery skills
* Experience in Plumbing and Electrical work
* General Construction and Maintenance skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Relevant trade certifications and qualifications
* Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
