As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the Steadman Brown team in Dartford, Kent.
We're looking for those with 6+ months sales or business development experience (recruitment experience not essential), although experienced BDMs are also of interest to us.
You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing directly to the company's continued growth. We will mentor and coach you to become a leading Business Development professional in the Salesforce recruitment space, with opportunities for you to progress into leadership roles.
We are based in Dartford, Kent, and are looking for someone local / able to be office-based.
Salary:
Open to discussion, dependent on experience.
OTE earnings
- £40-55k
Requirements
* 6+ months experience in a sales, business development and/or recruitment role
* Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
