Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Carmarthen. The Head Chef will be responsible for managing daily kitchen operations, designing and preparing menus, and supervising food preparation to ensure quality and presentation standards are met. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and leading and mentoring kitchen staff to achieve team goals.
Qualifications
* Proven culinary skills, including experience in menu creation, food preparation, and presentation
* Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring kitchen staff
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations and standards
* Excellent organizational and inventory management skills
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Previous experience as a Head Chef or similar leadership role in the culinary industry
