Overview
We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team while a member of staff goes on maternity leave. The ideal candidate will provide valuable support to our sales team and ensure smooth operations within the sales department.
Responsibilities
* Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and data entry
* Maintain accurate records of sales information
* Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent phone etiquette
* Organise and schedule appointments for the sales team
* Utilise Google Suite and QuickBooks for various tasks
* Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and photocopying
* Support the office with general administrative tasks
Qualifications
* GCSE or equivalent (required)
* Administrative: 1 year (required)
* Computerised with excellent data entry skills
* Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures
