What the Role Involves
Depending on your placement, you may:
* Supervise whole classes in the absence of a teacher
* Support pupils on a 1:1 or small‑group basis
* Assist with behaviour management and general classroom tasks
* Work with learners of different ages and abilities
* Adapt to various school settings as part of flexible supply work

Requirements
* Must be willing to travel across Carmarthenshire (driving essential due to location of schools)
* Positive, proactive attitude
* Previous experience with children is beneficial but not essential
* Welsh speakers highly desirable

* £92–£110 per day, depending on role and responsibilities
* This is supply work, meaning hours can vary — work is not guaranteed, but you’ll have access to regular opportunities based on school demand and your availability.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
