We are looking for a Driver to join our busy Service team at ourJLRdealership inChristchurch. Our Driverensurethe highest level of customer care and satisfaction aredelivered at all times.
The Opportunity:
Your main responsibilities will be to keep the busy site flowing,manoeuvringvehiclesin and out of thedrive throughandcar parks, as well asassistingcustomers and the Service Reception by parking and moving vehicles booked in for MOT and servicing.
As a Driver you will alsobe responsible forensuring vehicles are cleaned and prepared ready to be returned to our customers or for display in the showroom (including washing and vacuuming). Other role responsibilities will include:
Ensuring anyadditionalservice or repair requirementsidentifiedby the customer are passed on to the Service team;
Keeping service vehicles well maintained and clean, raising any concerns about the vehicle's maintenance to your manager;
Supporting the Service and Sales teams to achieve theirobjectivesand work with colleagues across the dealership to investigate and resolve customer complaints; and
Maintaining a professional manner andhigh standardsof personal and vehicle presentation.

About You:
Aptitude for building positive customer relationships - you will enjoy working in a team and supporting colleagues wherever possible;
Have a meticulous eye for detail and the desire to ensure every vehicle is completed to the highest standards, exceeding ourobjectives;
Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise;
Manual handling experience;
A good levelof fitness to be on the move and on your feet most of the day - you will enjoy walking and being outdoors;
Awareness of how to protect yourself and others through strict adherence to relevant health and safety requirements (knowledge of H&S COSHH desirable); and
Full UK driving licence, andpreviousdriving experience (essential).
The ideal candidate will be a positive, self-motivated person withstrong communicationskills to deal with customers professionally.
