Overview
SAP Programme / Portfolio Manager - Permanent | Hybrid | 2 days per week onsite in West Susses, remainder remote | £80,000-£88,000 base + performance-related bonus + benefits | Eligibility for SC Clearance essential
Responsibilities
* Own the delivery and governance of multiple SAP projects/programmes across the full lifecycle
* Maintain control of budgets, timelines, risks, issues and reporting
* Lead multi-team, complex SAP deliveries within a large IT landscape
* Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
* Support commercial activity, including proposals and delivery planning
* Drive continuous improvement and value-focused delivery
Skills & experience
* Proven delivery of large-scale, multi-million-pound SAP programmes
* Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches
* Programme or project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 or equivalent)
* Excellent stakeholder, financial and vendor management skills
* Confident operating independently in complex, fast-paced environments
Eligibility for Security Check (SC) clearance
* A minimum of 5 years' continuous UK residency
* No trips out of the UK in the last 5 years that have lasted 28 consecutive days or more
* Right to work permanently in the UK with no sponsorship requirements
* Willling to go through background check and vetting procedures
