We have been assigned by one of the UK's more prestigious NHS Trusts to help them recruit a Specialty Doctor in ENT on either a Substantive or an NHS Fixed Term basis for 12 months to join their successful ENT department.

The successful appointee will join a team of ENT head and neck cancer surgeons including Consultants, Fellows and Specialty Registrars that deliver the full range of Head and neck cancer, thyroid and laryngology services. The hospital is a tertiary referral centre and the range of services offered reflects this. The appointee will be asked to fulfil various duties, these include: should have the training and skills in ENT Surgery and diagnostic Head and Neck Cancer surgery, experience as a senior specialty registrar/doctor with particular expertise in diagnostic pathways for head and neck cancer, participate in the delivery of ENT cancer services especially diagnostic pathway, will be expected to participate in the emergency cover/ on call rota and provide cover in unforeseen circumstances at the request of the appropriate Consultant & will also be expected to assist in such duties like teaching of junior medical staff and nursing & assistance in duties like Clinical Governance and audit.
