Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Dual Site Maintenance Assistant (Handyman) with skill, passion, and a friendly attitude for our guest.
As a Dual Site Maintenance Team Member, you will be responsible for general hotel maintenance, focusing on a room PPM programme, painting, repairing, maintaining, and decorating surfaces of the building, furniture, rooms, and equipment throughout the hotel to the highest standards.
* Carry out preventive, remedial, and corrective maintenance in the hotels in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager.
* Perform technical maintenance in case of dysfunction and conduct monthly checks on the hotel's technical installations.
* Ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's technical equipment, complying with brand standards and procedures.
