We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Business Development Representative to drive pipeline growth and strategic outbound initiatives. This is not an entry-level BDR role we need someone who can build targeted outreach strategies, open complex accounts, and consistently generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
You will play a key role in accelerating revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospects.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events)
* Identify and target decision-makers within mid-market and enterprise accounts
* Generate qualified sales opportunities (SQLs) aligned with ICP criteria
* Conduct discovery conversations to understand business needs and pain points
* Collaborate closely with Account Executives to transition opportunities effectively
* Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
* Refine messaging and outreach sequences based on performance data
* Mentor junior BDRs (if applicable)
Required Qualifications
* 4+ years experience in business development or sales development
* Proven track record of consistently exceeding pipeline or meeting targets
* Experience selling B2B products/services (SaaS experience preferred if relevant)
* Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, BANT)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
* Data-driven approach to outreach and optimization
* Experience targeting enterprise accounts
* Experience in consultative selling
Experience working in high-growth or startup environments
Leadership or mentoring experience is desirable.
This role is also fully remote, so you would need to be comfortable at home.
