Warehouse Supervisor
Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE +
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
Contract: Permanent
We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing and forward-thinking business in Yaxley, who are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse operations
Supervise, support, and motivate a small team to meet targets and maintain high standards
Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently
Manage Goods In – receiving, checking, and storing stock correctly
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory checks
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Provide hands-on support where needed, including occasional local deliveries (valid UK driving licence required)
The ideal candidate will:
Have proven experience in a warehouse or supervisory role
Demonstrate strong organisational and leadership skills
Be a confident communicator with a proactive mindset
Stay calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
Be IT literate and comfortable with warehouse systems/processes
Hold a full UK driving licence (essential for occasional deliveries)
