Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring robust financial planning, analysis, and decision support for the senior leadership team.
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support growth, operational efficiency, and long‑term value creation.
- Lead and manage investor interactions, supporting fundraising activities with a focus on £10M+ raises.
- Strengthen financial planning and reporting processes to improve visibility, performance tracking, and forecasting quality.
- Collaborate with leadership to translate business priorities into actionable financial plans and governance.
Role Requirements
- A degree or higher level in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven industry experience supporting investor interactions and fundraising activities.
- Working knowledge and practical experience in financial strategy development and implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management capability, bringing clarity and confidence to senior leadership discussions.
