As part of a small team, this role requires considerable flexibility to provide support across a range of tasks and different locations.

* Co-ordinate the sale of CUBC equipment and purchase of new equipment.
* Carry out routine safety checks on equipment and facilities at Goldie Boathouse.
* Prepare paperwork for overseas travel of CUBC’s equipment to training camps.
* Prepare risk assessments for new equipment and processes and review them on a regular basis.
* Maintain compliance of processes with British Rowing and University Sports Centre requirements.
* Arrange maintenance, repair, and MOT of the fleet of minibuses.
* Trailer driving to and from London for Tideway weekends and away for some training camps where needed in support of the coaches.
* Supporting coaches and rowing squad as required during Boat Race week.
