Job Description

We operate a fixed price approach with no up-selling, offering transparent pricing for glasses and lenses. You will be supported by our Home Office teams and Area Managers, receiving regular updates and performance feedback.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing your team of Optometrists and Optical assistants
* Overseeing compliance processes and procedures
* Reviewing sales forecasts and department targets
* Handling customer queries
* Clinic management and shop floor process management
* Coaching and developing your team
You should be a fully qualified dispensing optician registered with the GOC, confident in coaching, organized, and able to manage your time effectively. You should also be driven, ambitious, and have proven leadership skills in a fast-paced optics environment.
